Father Cyril Karlowicz Council 9002, Saint John Bosco Catholic Church, Woodstock, Virginia.
The Knights of Columbus (Council 9002) is a fraternal organization whose purpose is to support the Church and its clergy. It exists as a family, Catholic, service organization with many activities. The Kof C is most noted at St. John Bosco for its KOVAR yearly collection drive for the mentally handicapped. The Knights also have pancake breakfasts for parishioners, chicken sales, sponsor the Parish Picnic, helps provide buses for the March For Life trip to Washington, DC, and many other services to its members and parishioners.. Individual Knights serve in many of the parish ministries, and the Kof C continues to be generous in its financial support of the parish. Its members meet on the first and third Tuesdays of each month at 7:30 PM in Knight’s Hall beside the church. To find out more, email Grand Knight Todd White at scoutsigns@gmail.com.
